Herbies has been my go-to seed bank for the past three years. During that that time stealth delivery was well done and never had a package intercepted by customs. Fast forward to today. My last shipment was intercepted. When I received the package all that was there was a child's t shirt. My experience and other friend's experiences are NEVER ship in clothing. Working with Herbies Customer Service they asked me to have the product shipped to a different address. Yeah right. How about Herbies changing where they ship from? I did not package the product without stealth. Herbies did. The final offer they gave me to make things right was to replace with an order from Herbies US. Frankly speaking Herbies US sucks. They are overpriced and have poor selection and offer no free seeds. So now I get seeds that were not first choice strains, and worse yet ended up with close to half the number of seeds for a bit more money. This is what I call BAD customer service. Herbies threw the problem my way and then offers a take it or leave solution of sending 50% value on an issue I did not cause. Although Herbies and I have had some good times in the past, it's all over now.
