The Customer Service Team were exceptional! i received my shipment within 2 weeks of ordering but it had been intercepted by Australian Quarantine. i got onto Herbies Online Chat and explained my situation. They had no hesitation in sending the shipment again, this time by FedX. I couldn’t believe it when it turned up 3 days later, fully intact, with a lovely white tie. Thank you guys!! Legends!!
