I have had nothing but great service from Herbies :) One of my orders I had problems paying for, Herbies were there giving me support the entire time. Emails normally get answered within 24hrs which is good considering they are in another time zone and have lives. Here in NZ, there is no banks or credit card payment option so luckily I got told about Revolut from a friend. Revolut has made it so much easier, just simple transfer with a screenshot sent to Herbies. Pricing is the best especially if you go for packs and bonus seeds make it even better. Both of my orders have arrived with no issues, with the last one arriving within 4 days which blows my mind. The only problem for me is, when they arrive I want to start them all lol
