This is my second order from Herbies. First one arrived fine. This one appears to have been confiscated by US Customs. No worries! The friendly customer service people got a replacement order sent via FedEx and even included an extra free seed.
Emails were answered quickly and efficiently. I did not ask for a refund nor tried to return an order. I grow autos and when one of the free seeds was a photoperiod I emailed and they got it correctly changed to an autoflower. Quite happy with them!!
