The envelope containing my order was seized and destroyed by Customs at JFK airport. They sent a note saying it was a violation of the Plant Protection Act. Stealth shipping configurations would be a better way to avoid complications like this. I would hope you can find the way to refund the cost of the products, I'll accept the cost of shipping to be my issue. I have ordered from another source, and am very disappointed with the lack of delivery.
