Hello fellow Framers, I live in the USA and always order from Herbie express. This time I decided to order from Spain. They provided a tracking number and i was set. When my package arrived, I only received a letter that my package was intercepted 😞. I reached out to customer support and sent them a copy of the letter and they reshipped my order immediately and a few freebies for the delay. The only thing i had to do was pay the shipping. Herbies is official. I have no need to order from anywhere or anyone else, ever. Im a Herbie for life 😁🥦
