They are so happy to chat with you in order to sell you seeds but of course of if there is any issue with delivery to your address they email you - because they know they should have CHECKED with their carrier to see if they could deliver to that address BEFORE they take your order and money. They email you because of course they do not want to talk to you about their mistake. What are the chances that I would order from them again? What do you think??? Now I am totally worried that the seeds I paid so much for won't be what they're claimed to be. Avoid difficult questions and you can count on turning off future customers in the process.
