I haven't started to germinate my seeds yet, but using the Live Chat helped me choose the plants I wanted, really good service. Received an email my package had been delivered and since it wasn't with my normal mail, I checked my mailbox again, and sure enough my package was there. No clue if the seeds germinate, will cross that bridge when I get to it, but so far, very good service and the 5 stars is for service, not whether or not the product is as advertised and/or the seeds germinate
