I have been growing cannabis since 2008.
Usually I purchase my seeds from a Canadian seed bank. 3 out of the six seeds planted and propagated. I have a degree in floriculture and have a strong understanding about how to grow. I would like to get reimbursed for the cost of the 3 seeds that were duds, or replacement. Thanks
