Had a germination issue on my original order and after customer service was able to review my germination methods and conditions they promptly sent me out some replacement seeds. I have always had great success with Herbies seeds and was super happy that they were able to quickly remedy my issue this go around. I will definitely be back to Herbies next year for more!
