The goods were confiscated due to customs problems.
I immediately contacted customer support and informed them of the fact and they shipped the same item under a different name and address.
Nevertheless, the item was still confiscated by customs again.
I contacted the customer supporter again, he responded that he would cancel the order and refund me the money I paid immediately via PayPal.
I am disappointed that I did not receive my merchandise, but they were great customer support.
