Great customer service! My first order didn't reach me, reason unknown. So it got sent back to sender. After I've explained them my situation, I suggested to send me another batch of seeds, while waiting for the sent-back order to arrive with them again, since I would've lost too much time, waiting until the initial package would reach them again. On top, they added two bonus-seeds for me! :D All in all, I am very satisfied with their customer service and their shipping! :D Order well in advance of your planting-schedule, so you can be safe, in case the package goes missing. I do recommend this seller!
