After only 1 seed germinated (after a month) from my initial order of 10 seeds, I contacted customer service. With a brief explanation and asnwering a few questions with pictures, I was sent another 10 seeds free of charge. I am happy to say that after only 3 days all 10 seeds have germinated. I am only going to buy from and recommend Herbies for anyone and all from now on. Thanks Herbies, keep up the amazing work.
