Caution here!
Ordered on 8th of July and never got my package. I got send a weird tracking link from 17track in Spanish (I’m German).
As said the parcel never arrived. Customer service is saying they don’t know where the parcel is and they haven’t heard back from DHL (Postal service Germany). No proactive communication from customer support. No proactive proposal for a solution. Horrible experience so far. Can’t recommend this page and I wouldn’t order again.
