I have been buying from here for 8 yrs and recommend to over 20 ppl with no hassle in delivery. Today I was home with family and no courier or postal delivery came to deliver the parcel and it says delivered. Nothing on cctv of delivery van It was not delivered and I paid my insurance and get a email saying been delivered . Postal service have not replied . And now I lose my money and insurance . i will not shop here ever again and tell all my ppl I have recommended to go else where . Certainly didn’t arrive for delivery with 4 witnesses sitting in the lounge looking out the lounge windows
