I can only praise “Herbies Head Shop” for every part of my dealings with them. 12 months ago, I purchased a single seed with a Bonus seed. The purchased feminised seed turned into a magnificent plant, and much credit goes to the support and information Herbies supplied me. All the dealings I have had with their staff have been positive, polite and helpful. A truely wonderful team. This year I again purchased a feminised seed, which germinated within 24hours. The bonus seeds I received however were not as successful. I informed customer support at Herbies, who replied within 24 hours with a possible solution. I explained that the proposed solution had limitations with me, so they immediately proposed a second solution that did work for me. I feel they have gone out of their way to accommodate, help and support their customers. Congratulations Herbies, a store I would strongly recommend to all others.
