What can I say other than 10/10 for almost every aspect of dealing with Herbies. The only issue to let themselves down was the germination rate of the Bonus seeds. But, that issue was resolved by Herbies who came up with a solution to replace the seeds at no cost. You can’t ask for better than that. Purchased seeds germination rate is 100%. Their customers service is the best I have ever come across. They seem to pride themselves with ensuring that the customer is satisfied in every way. When you are dealing with a company on the other side of the world, it’s extremely comforting to know you are going to be treated honestly and professionally.
