I have ordered 3 times and on the last one the payment did not arrive on time and order was cancelled. After emailing explaining that payment was in the mail, order was was changed to awaiting payment and payment was received and items shipped promptly. Excellent response from personnel. Would certainly recommend and I placed another order.
