I have been a customer of Herbies for several years which should say enough as a repeat customer. Every company has manufacturing defect rates, shipping issues etc. What separates companies is how they handle the problems. Herbies is awesome!! This year for whatever reason , my germination rate plummeted! I mean, really bad. It could be my fault but I did all the things the way I usually do. I contacted Herbies to let them know and ask if they had received reports of similar issues. I was thinking just a bad batch or storage or something . Fabulous Alice looked after me, we talked through everything , I gave her my methods and pics and the next email was notice that Alice/Herbies would be sending out replacements. I couldn’t ask for more and am so grateful to Alice and Herbies. Good people , good company! Don’t ever hesitate to be a customer.
