The colors of the boxes, the minimalist yet beckoning nature of the jars. He started me off with the sampler pack of soap, deodorant, the body butter, and the exfoliating facial scrub. Opening the box of soap revealed a beautiful handcrafted treat. You can tell each item was made with love, consideration, and packaged with human regard for us and the planet. Before I used the products, he showed me the HNE video which tells their beautiful love story and business journey which we both loved and of course it made me more excited about trying the products! HNE Soap was the first time I used soap sans a wash cloth. You will WANT to rub these natural, earth/plant based products directly onto your skin for max benefits and lather and scent. I loved all of the soaps (Activated Charcoal, Pink Himalayan Grapefruit, Oat, African Lavender, and one other). Using all of the products, especially the exfoliating body scrub culminated in feeling like I had A whole at home spa experience. Many of the products speak to how they manage odor and as someone who walks alot, works out, and sweats, this was especially important because I just hadn’t (until now) found any soaps or natural deodorant's that stood the test. So naturally, I tested the products out with a six mile walk on one day and an intense gym visit the next. HERB N EDEN wins hands down. They understand our body chemistry and the plants they use. I continue getting remarks and inquiries “did you change your perfume?” “Whatever you’re wearing smells amazing!” I tell them: It’s Hern N Eden y’all! So now, after a mere four weeks, I’m a subscriber and added the face wash, and a face oil to my soap and scrub order. I was not happy to return to my previous soap as I awaited my new products but I ordered on a Sunday and got my package on Thursday; come thru shipping! My wondering, will HNE begin doing a monthly subscriber fee (say like Savage X Fenty)? What else can we do to ensure your sustainability?
