I started ordering H&E products after seeing them all.over fb the first year of the pandemic. Finally I decided order, this was when the production was backed up due to the overwhelming demand. I waited weeks for my 1st order. H &E did an incredible job of communicating what was going on with the status of the order. When my order arrived, i fell in love. Its been almost 3 years and I only use H &E soaps. My favorite has been lemongrass and patchouli...until I recently decided to try the Neem and chorella ( didnt know what Neem or chorella were). So now I have a #1 and a #1A! The customer service is as good as the products. Once ordered a bath product which was not in the box. Emailed H &E. They sent the product with an apology note. If you havent tried H & E products, do. You are worth it and their products are AWESOME.
