Hermes.com has zero customer service. Website has zero indication that they will send package signature required. When you ask to have the item held at a shipping facility they just say wait and we can refund you or we can ship it to another address in your state. That makes zero sense. Not everyone has the time to sit at home waiting for a package to come. The reason of having it shipped to my house was for delivery access. Why would I want it shipped to another address only to have to get the package forwarded to me. There is zero customer service. For a luxury brand that prides itself in service and quality, your customer service is a 0. No quality and no service. Louis Vuitton has better customer service than your customer service department.
