Terrible customer service. I ordered a gift for my sisters 50th birthday on 09 April. FedEx apparently delivered to my house on 19 April 2022 and the item was signed for by a name I do not recognise. FedEx didn’t deliver to my house, they have admitted that they have delivered to the wrong address. Having called Hermes they have advised that FedEx have to retrieve the parcel and deliver to me! FedEx have had 4 days to “retrieve” this parcel and they have failed to do so. I have asked Hermes for a full refund as I have not received the items that I ordered and they have been sitting on this request for 3 days now advising that it is “with management”. To make matters worse, I have had to submit a sworn written statement to Hermes confirming that I have not received my order despite the fact that FedEx have confirmed to Hermes that they failed to deliver to the correct address!!! This company are shocking snd I will NEVER order from Hermes again due to this experience. You cannot brand yourself as a luxury goods retailer when your customer service is far from luxury.
