I bought, based on the picture, 5 of their new nail files-online showed an orange box with two long nail files. What I actually received is a tiny white box with miniature sized nail files. At 45$, I should get what was online. Customer service was useless except to tell me I couldn’t return them as I was outside the return date, which I already knew. I was told to email, and received a stock answer.
