I have been with my SA at Hermes in the USA for over 7 years, we had a good sales and client relationships. I bought gifts for his son and brought him food. I visited the store in March 2023 and thought he was in the store but he wasn’t. I saw a bag I have been looking for for over 2 years, without hesitation, I bought it. Few weeks later, I visited the store and I can sense he was not happy and he started gave me attitude and no smile at all which is not how he greeted me normally. I thought he would be happy for me because I finally found the bag of my dream. After that incident, he would have me the same greeting, he would stop return my text or return late. I told him I decided to change SA and he said if that’s what you want I understand. I thought he would at least try to make me feel better by apologizing for his actions, 7 years of experiences gone, so cold and so senseless.
