Have used Hermes for several years selling on ebay & Amazon. I have now started to use Royal Mail & Parcelforce. I sent a parcel in September that arrived smashed to pieces. I put in a claim on the 19th September, heard nothing for 3 weeks and was then told I would have to prove I had reimbursed the customer, I emailed them the details on the same day. Now it is a month later and I have heard nothing even though I have emailed them several times. Today I phoned their head office, the recording told me "we are closed, we are open Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm". I phoned them on Monday at 2.15pm.
Obviously they do not care about losing a customer that spends thousands every year, so if they can't be bothered neither can I
