What a terrible experience. I usually by Loake, but just couldn't find my desired shoes. Was told about Herring by a colleague. To summarise, don't buy them if you work an average 5 day week, in fact, if you use them for work, don't buy them, they aren't built for that apparently. I was told wearing them daily or on consecutive days, was too frequent, mind blown. Heaven forbid it rains too, mine lasted less than 3 months and literally fell apart, my fault of course, according to Herring. Absolutely no interest in helping, after complaining, all I had was an unnecessarily long pre-written email explaining why it was my fault my £140 shoes fell apart after just 2 months and 22 days... I will be sticking with Loake in future, I would highly recommend doing the same.
