I was looking to book a rental car in Boca Raton over the Christmas period (15 December 2024-2 January 2025) I tried to make the booking on line but for some reason the system would not allow the booking to be made. the vehicle I was trying to book was a seven passenger SUV which was priced at $1,797.42 I telephoned your office and despite quoting the above figure was given a price of $3,200. your representative tried to argue that the price I was referring to was not the price on the website which is ridiculous as I have checked again today and it is still $1,797.42. Your representative then hung up on me which is extremely unprofessional. Your firms customer service is appalling, if I were able to I would give it 0 out of 5!
