Although Hervia's shipping options to the U.S.--I live in Seattle--are not the best, I must say that their sale prices are very good. However, their customer service is absolutely terrible! I wanted to exchange a pair of trousers I'd purchased for a larger size. As instructed on their website, I contacted their customer service. I followed all the instructions provided by their customer representative, Louis, exactly and immediately. However, all my several follow-up emails to find out the status of my exchange have gone unacknowledged and unanswered. I am now out-of-pocket $164.30 ($111.88 for trousers + $32.52 postage + $19.90 return postage) plus a lot of follow-up time and frustration. (The larger size I wanted to exchange the trousers for is still currently available on their website--the last one available.) I will definitely not repeat.
