Hey dude needs to clean house in their customer service department. The worst customer service I've ever dealt with!!! When you complain you get a standard form letter and they dismiss you with no corrective action, you are literally shi# out of luck! Power of the pen!! I will tell my story so people get the real picture of what goes on with this company not just the perfect 5 star ratings you'll see on their website, they'll never show you anything less than 4 stars with tiny minor little problems. That right there tells you a bit about how they are hiding there horrible customer service problems. Just look a little harder before you buy from them. Try searching hey dude shoes bad reviews and watch what you'll find, one after another bad reviews of customer service. I was out 60 some bucks for shoes I never received but looks like many others were out a whole lot more than me! Also they only communicate by email, what ever happened to talking to a human, it takes too long to tell my story by writing! If I could talk to someone higher up I know I would be taken care of properly!
