I ordered a size 14 - which is my usual size. The toe posts are so far back that my toes are an inch from the front and my heals hang off the back of the flip flop by an inch. Unless you have toes like a chimp - order the next size up ! I would have sent them back for an exchange, but I needed them quickly for holiday. I'm hoping that the post stretches a bit so that they fit properly. Other than that - they are really comfy!
