Ordered some shoes which duly arrived but the wrong shoes in the right box. Following the returns process, Dude contacted me and asked for pictures and then to send the shoes back. Dude then notified me that there was no stock of my selection and did I want a refund or to select another shoe, which I did. The shoes were more expensive but Dude agreed on a discount and would dispatch them upon receipt of the returns. I wanted the shoes for my vacation so hoping they arrive so aside from the wrong shoes, no stock and not shipping replacement straight away, all good!
