I am so impressed with Dude Shoes - why - because they communicate with their customers. I ordered two pairs of shoes, unfortunately, I had to return them because they were too small. I had immediate communication from Dude informing me of alternatives. One pair I had a refund and although I was informed that the other was no longer available in the size I required, to my delight and joy they arrived almost by return of post in the size and I love them. It is so important to me to be able to communicate and get good service - I definitely recommend well done Dude Shoes
