I gave this a 3 star for the reason being. I've always wore a size 9. So I ordered 3 pairs of size 9's and they were too small. So I had to return them. Annoyingly though the shoes I ordered had sold out of the size 10 so I had to opt for a refund. Customer service I will commend. The customer representative was kind, helpful and apologetic. I've returned the shoes and the day they arrived at Dude shoes, a refund was issued with the standard 3 to 5 day waiting to complete.
I will buy again. I'm not put off. Just unfortunate.
