Paid for a next day delivery, never arrived, parcel has allegedly been left at a Post office I have no way of getting to. Hey Dudes are completely uninterested. They have money of mine so I have now had to log this as a disputed transaction. It seems they are happy to take your money but not resolve issues other than pass the buck.
