Hey Dude shoes are so ridiculously lightweight and comfortable that you wonder why everyone else has such a problem making good shoes. They are crazily light, as well as squashable so for travelling they are perfect. The slipons are easy for just that so why do I have to buy other shoes with laces? Because they are so light and flexible, I imagined they'd wear out quickly, but I wore my first pair for 8 years at the end of which they were beginning to look a bit tatty but I was wearing them everyday around the house by that stage. And to cap it all they then give you 20% off new ones if you send your old ones back for recycling. I've no idea why Hey Dude isn't a household name by now. And my new ones arrived in the post much quicker than I expected. They look as cool and funky as ever, so I look forward to more years of people saying, "Hey Dude, where d'you get your shoes?"
