I ordered four pairs in the sale, three of which were perfect for me and I kept, but one pair I sent back as it was a poor fit (too narrow for my size 10 son); and got charged £3 postage for the privilege! Not happy with that as it wasn't explicit I'd have to pay return postage when I ordered :-(
