I did not like the long biker short and wanten to return it and order the normal biker short biscuit. However, the return portal does not recognize my ID and zipcode and when I email for help, they only tell me to fill in the portal. Which is not working. Very unprofessional if you ask me. And i do not know how i can return my short now.
