I am beyond disappointed with Hey Honey Yoga. This brand is nothing short of thieves with the absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered. I purchased two bras because I was unsure about the sizing, and when I returned the one that didn’t fit, I was asked to cover the return shipping costs, which I did without complaint. But then, they refused to refund me, claiming there was a deodorant mark on the bra—something I highly doubt. When I asked them to send me a photo as proof, they simply stopped responding! I have sent multiple emails trying to resolve this issue, but have received zero replies. So now, not only have they kept the bra (worth 65 euros), but I also had to pay for the return. This is utterly unacceptable. For a company that prides itself on being ethical, they have shown nothing but dishonesty. I would not recommend Hey Honey Yoga to anyone—save yourself the headache and go with a brand that values its customers. Such a shame!
