Horrible customer service. And horrible communication. I’ve been trying to contact them in regard to them sending me the medication however after spending a considerable amount of money on the product I haven’t heard back from them. Even though I have messaged and called several times. As this is time sensitive it’s very poor service on their side. After several days of not hearing from them I requested a refund to which I was told I am not eligible for a refund. I haven’t received my medication and I haven’t received my money back. Still no word from the company. Save yourself the stress, and the money and go with anyone but them.
