Made payment and deposit to my trading account but funds not credited. HFM has confirmed that payment have failed but funds have still yet to be credited back to my bank account. This has been ongoing for the past 2 weeks. I have still yet to receive my funds back. Consulted with back end agent, and they have confirmed that payment has failed they will bounce back my deposit but still yet to receive. Getting ridiculous and losing trust in HFM as they seem incompetent in handling client's funds and don't take accountability when something goes wrong. ,i couldnt withdraw directly from skrill to my bank account so i had to send to binance before getting my money .emails will not be replied when it bothers on withdraw but deposit issues are resolved quickly. Despite repeatedly asking for an explanation, the platform has only responded with a "scam" message without any justification for freezing the account. I sought expert assistance from FOST ERB OON, O RG, and my funds were successfully retrieved.”
