Well I’m 2 weeks in now and the mattress is superb. I’ve never had serious back problems but regularly woke up with lower back ache which lasted an hour or so, and from the first night this has disappeared completely! Not sure I agree about it being really firm, but it’s very supportive. I tried a Simba in John Lewis and in my opinion the Hugge is softer than the Simba and more similar in feel to the Tempur that was on display next to the Simba (at twice the price). It’s not easy to choose from all the mattresses of this type on the market at the moment, but I’m 100% happy with the Hugge and very happy with my choice.
