A fantastic and very professional service provided by Matthew at Hopkins Heating/HH Power Flush. Power flush, change of central heating pump and extra work within the cost of the power flush to a very high standard. The mess that came out of my central heating system was simply unbelievable and for the first time in three years we now have a properly working system and working radiators! The system was actually in a pretty bad state and required Matthew to go the extra mile to resolve the problem and he wasn't happy until he had done everything (successfully) - over nine hours of work. He explained everything he did, his communication before and after the work (answering a question) was superb and friendly and he's basically a credit to his profession. I would strongly recommend having a gas qualified engineer to undertake power flush work because of the added complexities and unforeseen things that can be involved and HH Power Flush is definitely the way to go. Highly recommended and the results of the power flush on a previously poor system are incredible.
