Mine is an 11 radiator, traditional boiler system. Matthew took time to explain the process and products over the phone before he arrives on the day, which gave us a good idea of what's going to happen, and the confidence. He came on time, was friendly and a trustworthy person. I was really impressed by his level of knowledge on the subject. Took very good care of our property while the activities were being carried out, performed his tasks in a very methodical way without any rush.
