They made every attempt to help and found clever solutions to our issues. Communication was clear, quick and effective. Never have we experienced such good service, information and outcomes from a heating engineer especially given that he was just here to do a power flush. He did not want to leave our house until he had tried to work out why our heating wasn't working and how he could fix it. So polite and professional! Outstanding.
