Do not consider because HiCounselor can’t help you find your dream job. Before I sign up with them, my account manager booked me a meeting for 15 min. She had no smile, and asked me a few questions really fast. Then said “ok, you are allowed to sign up” and hung up. It was less than 5 minutes. I really had a bad expression about her, but eventually, every meeting with her during my service was the same. Their “proud” auto-application system gives you just a trouble. they request you to create 5 new email accounts because their auto application system send multiple emails to HR people, but what I had was 99.9% of failure of delivery. I became so busy to check those "not delivered" emails every day. Also your email accounts got locked out so many times due to suspicious activity, and I was also busy to un-locking them. Finally, I got my dream job thanks to other recruiter’s help, and they send me bill to pay their “service fee”. I really regret that I didn’t believe my first impression about HiCouselor.
