I signed up with HiCounselor with the hope of finding job opportunities, but it's been three months, and I haven't received a single interview not even one through their platform. I haven't received any meaningful leads. The only calls I've received have been from consultancies asking for upfront fees in the name of deposit and trainings. HiCounselor's auto job application tool applies to multiple roles, but the majority of them are consultancy roles more than 90% I regret my decision to join HiCounselor, and I would never recommend anyone to join especially for job opportunities or interviews. I am applying to jobs manually, networking with everyone for referrals everything is my effort then for what service should we pay 18% of our salary ( if incase I find something on my own) the only thing which this platform has is auto application and even that is useless full of consultancy firms then why 18%, for what? This is unfair, I feel trapped I should have never joined Hicounselor, how to end the contract?
