Does not help AT ALL. My counselor never want to help me, but just keep asking me to “update my status”. Specialist who supposed to guidance me are already busy and never replies me. I needed to wait at least 3 weeks to receive advice. My other agent founds a developer job at one of GAFA tech company, HiCounselor immediately started invoicing me and asking me to proceed payment. I wanted to ask my counselor to do reduce fee, as their service did not help, she kept avoiding to meet me but never stop sending me invoice. Eventually they send me a warning of collection. I paid so much money for nothing.
