This is a fraud company, their services are not worth 500$ and don't ever sign the ISA, they will just create random email addresses for you and send spam emails, none of which will result in a job interview.
And in case you end up finding a job with your own caliber and networking, they will hound you for money threatening legal action. This is their business model, fleecing hopeless immigrant students for money.
