I ordered a swatch, and then ordered hair extensions based upon the swatch received. I was sent hair that did not match the color requested. The same day I received the hair I emailed Hidden Crown and explained that I wanted to return. No Answer from Hidden Crown. I emailed again. and they said someone would contact me. To the present day no one has contacted me. Terrible company! Will never order again from them.
